This past week was a much-needed vacation for Lynn and the family. In celebration of our wedding anniversary, Lynn took me and the kids to Santa’s Village in Jefferson N.H.
Here is a funny story:
We took a picture of Thomas, Abigail, and I sitting next to an adorable penguin statue at the park entrance to mark the start of our adventure. After several hours of exploring we realized that those adorable penguin statues were trash cans! Patrons lift the top hat to reveal the trash container inside. So, our cheerful family vacation photo is of us huddled up next to a trash can…
All’s well that ends well I suppose…
We had a fantastic time and really appreciated the family getaway.
